You were reading the card abilities from retrobox, weren't you?

1:10:00 - The text on Speedy: Accomplished Archer actually reads "While Speedy is attacking, when you opponent declares blockers, Speedy deals each of those character dice 1 damage".

Retrobox has a typo regarding this card, where 'declares' shows up as 'deals'. (At least until nutki sees this comment - he does have an excellent track record for fixing problems promptly, once he's made aware of them.)

I disagree with your assessment on Rip's Chaulkboard somewhat. In draft, yeah, might not be that great to buy the die but if you're playing with access to PXG, this could get out of hand pretty quick. It guarantees access to sidekicks in used on your own turn and if you have the masks, you can clean your whole bag out of them in one fell swoop, guaranteeing access to your real characters next turn and giving you massive energy potential. I know the meta has been getting more creative about ramp and starting to leave PXG behind but it does make for a pretty powerful ramping combo and bag thinner. Plus, it's only a 2 cost so it doesn't hurt to buy and can grant a pretty big damage boost if you build around those character types. The global is great and while situational, the die itself can be pretty useful, IMO.

I agree that putting SK's and everything else in your bag in the used on your turn is a nice thing, if I'm PXG'ing correctly, I am rolling nearly everything every turn as it is, leaving very little to anything in my bag. Of course Oracle and Elf can disrupt that, but probably not to the extent that I would need this. I don't think we said it was awful by any means, but there are a lot of things that you need to happen for it to pop. Not impossible, but like you said, you can definitely build around it to make it very useful.
