Crazy Taxi was the bomb. Played the heck out of the Simpson's one too! I miss the PS2...

I personally like the fact that ramp may be a little harder to achieve. Forces everyone to be more strategic in my opinion.

      Sorry for spamming the comments...

It seems to me like the BACs for Civil War tend to focus on allowing Resistance keywords to trigger. I still can't decide if I like the mechanic of having to KO one of my own things first to trigger it. I suppose it is like BEWD somewhat? I guess that's what pawns/sidekicks are for... SACRIFICE THEM! At least they give ramp.

I like the choice it adds to the game. For example, Super Hero Registration Act. It can be a really nice way to churn through your dice. But what if your opponent *wants* to KO something? I was playing a friend the other day with my Batman team, which has the rare Bruce Wayne. Whenever any of my characters are KO'd, I get to bring in a Batman from Used or my bag at level 3, and I get to capture one of his level 1 or 2 characters. All of a sudden, he was shying away from SHRA, because he didn't want to give me that advantage.

Great point! That was another thing I always wondered about... a balance to SHRA. I guess the fact that I could purchase an opponent's SHRA dice is part of that too. I like the psychology of it. Enlistment is a great keyword! "You can stop me from doing this thing, but you need to get rid of a potential blocker". I wonder if they will ever come out with a keyword that ups the ante and instead of KOing a dice, your opponent needs to sacrifice it to the used pile or bag. Would be nasty. What keyword would that be? Offering? Haha!

So, did you guys actually re-record after the news announcement, or are you just recording closer to Thursday these days?

Ramp will quickly get back to the way it was - Darkseid: Erasure Global in the Batman set will swiftly fill the void left by PXG and, in my humble opinion, is actually more potent than PXG ever was. One generic energy, just as spam-able, and grabs one from Used AND your bag. There is enormous potential in that guy...

TMNT2 really gave us incredible BAC reprints. Mutation just continues my love of Polymorph. I mean you get the new Magic Missile, Transfer Power, etc. Very important set moving forward.

You got me excited for a minute. Give that global another read and I think you'll see it's not what you think it is. You send from prep to used, not the other way around.

Yup - I 100% mis-read that bad boy! Clearly an example of how the mind plays tricks with you through wishful thinking LOL
