• The Attack Zone 4x01: Reflections and Goals

We've decided to align TAZ to the competitive Dice Masters seasons, and so we change to Season 4!

One year ago, give or take, we sat down and took a critical look at ourselves, delving into our strengths and weaknesses and also setting goals that we wanted to accomplish by the end of the next competitive season. Now that the season is over, it's time to reflect on our progress and set some new goals to focus on for 2017-18.

We'll also give some sweet stuff away to a few of our patrons - thanks to everyone for your support, whether you donate or just listen. We appreciate it!

The podcast is showing up in an unexpected way in feeds but it still works and is listenable. I'm looking into it but no idea why it's doing this yet.

I use Podbean and it worked fine. Great show! My goal is to play in a WKO. With my schedule though, don't know if it is possible. Would probably have to be a draft since I lack the current meta cards. Who knows though, meta is going to change soon and hopefully with common cards that I can get! I wish Wiz Kids would do a draft for nationals as well in addition to the constructed... I feel like I draft better than I construct haha.

Now that @RJRETRO is back, he drives us to look at what he calls "little cup" format - commons and starters only. We've already come up with a few variants that will probably hold their own even in a completely open Modern tournament. Berate @RJRETRO endlessly until he produces content that aligns with your collection.

This has probably been mentioned somewhere, but regarding the aside about The Last Airbender: not only is the series great, but there have been some equally good comic book runs after it. That's actually where we started - my kid brought it home from the library one day after going with my wife. I quickly explained to her that not all "comic books" were kid appropriate, and promptly sat down to read it myself. Now that they've read all the comics, we're finally going back and watching the series as well.

This also probably does not need to be said, but just in case:
