• 2015 Year in Review: Your Favorite Blog Posts

Welcome to another edition of our 2015 year in review. Many of you have contributed to this site through the publication of a blog post, adding to the discussion about the game in a number of ways. They have been as far spanning as posts that cover local game play, cards you love or loathe, strategy, opinions, personal reflections, stories of triumph and even the occasional comedy piece.

Today I wanted to share with you the most popular blog posts of 2015 as reported by your clicks. You can find the full list HERE, but here is a quick rundown of what they covered:

Necromanticer introduced us to his meta view of The Joker and Harley in this blog post HERE.

The first in a series of Off The Meta posts, Necromanticer introduced himself and mused on his feelings for Iron Man in this post HERE.

Necromanticer continues to be on the list, adding his opinions and strategy behind Blade Knight in another Off The Meta entry HERE

Osprey entered into the Rainbow Draft discussion and local report with the Amazing Spider-Man set in a blog post from late Novemeber that can be seen HERE.

And rounding out the top 5, Vapedaveb brings us a top 10 list of all things YuGiOh and how he feel about that set. You can find that post HERE.

So those were the overall favorites based on traffic, but what was your favorite? Was it a different one? Would you like to see more of a certain style, content, or writer in the blogs? Let us know. Post a comment below!

Since I started reading the posts here several months ago I haven't read a single article that I didn't get something out of. Please accept my sincerest compliments and thanks. (This is the only gaming forum I've actually joined to be part of the conversation, you have me hooked.) My absolute favorite article was "Starting Ideas: A Deck For Everyone" by Shadowmeld (10-22-15). I particularly enjoy pieces about how the meta is building and changing, favorite cards and strategies, and articles about how to play this game on a limited budget. So, anything about common and uncommon cards, game changing BACs, or just fun themes are the things that keep me coming back for more.

I've been missing writing the articles... Maybe I'll start the new year off right and bring them back? I guess we'll find out Monday...
