The Flash Playmat! First try...Probably not placed in the correct area

Rate this Entry
Hey, I enjoy playing around with Photoshop and such! I love the Flash, even though I have not gotten one yet from the several boosters I have opened, so I created this playmat. If you like it or want to edit it I will put up the .psd file as well. For now this is just a .png picture file. Tell me what you think!

Obviously there does need to be some little adjustments here and there, this was just about a 30 minute job...

This post was originally, most likely, not placed in the correct are of TRP. Now I have a gallery started that is 'Playmats by Matt' go check them out, only 2 at this time (both Flash related)

Looks awesome! Very reminiscent of the CW show, which is a good thing in my book! I love the texture. My only question: it looks like the card spots are laid out weird. I mostly see people putting their 8 character/actions in two groups of four at the base, then leaving two spots for basic actions in the top row. Is this your preference? Not trying to say it's wrong, just a thing I noticed.

Totally understand that! I actually laid out the card slots before the field and so I didn't know if I wanted to use some of that empty space for used or prep area. I probably would change it before sending it off. I sort of stole the card layout idea from @Dave and his Booster Gold mat. Yeah, again this is a first shot and I wasn't sure which way to go with it. I'll change it around and repost one later on.
