Hey all.

Here to report in on our first Commons only tournament today.

Double D took the title with a swift hitting Sidekicks team.. it had most of the usual suspects in it and showed that a common deck can still bring the heat.

I lost to Double D in the final round, we both had 2-0 records at that time.
He sent me packing fast that first game. I came back to take the second one. Then in the third it was close the entire way, until a spot where I should have sat on what I had, but I rushed... he came back with the perfect roll and it was his as well as the championship. Well played, 2xD.

Captain V. brought a nasty Wish team. A bunch of heavy hitters fueled by Limited Wish (Lesser Spell). This was fun to see when he got it rolling. And the new cards made big differences in a few games.... I was on the wrong end of Thor, backed by Odin once.

Again, was fun as always.
