Constantine: Hellblazer VS Phoenix: Ms. Psyche or Mr. Fantastic: Brilliant Scientis?

What happen if my opponent sets Constantine: Hellblazer:

While Constantine is active, before your opponent's Clear and Draw Step, you may name a character. If that character is fielded this turn, ignore its text until end of turn and it cannot attack this turn.
in one of my dice and then I use Phoenix: Ms. Psyche or Mr. Fantastic: Brilliant Scientist global on that same dice?

Global: Pay (1). Target character must attack this turn.
That dice must attack? or Constantine effect predominates?

Sorry if it's a nooby question!

Constantine Can't attack overrides the must attack.

Can't implies unable to, if they are unable to attack then saying they must attack is like saying "pepper pots must attack this turn."

Constantine only triggers if the character is fielded. If it is "swapped" in (Polymorph action die or Atomica if Villain) Constantine won't trigger.

Constantine also only triggers if he has card text.

Play Prismatic Spray before fielding the named character and Constantine won't trigger,

    Remember, Can't always overrides Must.
