Another win condition to look for is Carnage - Insane. He's an expensive purchase, but with the right BAC's, he can be an absolute terror. Given his Vibe-tier stats, he's not value on his own, but since he has reliable overcrush and can take advantage of utility BAC's other than overcrush providers, he can be a real threat to your opponent. Specifically, he works great alongside With Great Responsibility or True Believer for an Anger Issues sized effect but on a much cheaper die.

I managed to win my draft by getting two Carnages onto the field and then overcrushing for 16 with a single With Great Responsibility.

Yes, Carnage is another overcrusher, alongside Cloak and dagger and the tricks provided by Mary Jane.

Still he is the more expensive of them, but still a solid strategy! Just hope you get Carnage dice instead of Ghost Rider ones!

    Hi there,

Would "You've been chosen" prevent Sable from sacrificing during your opponents turn? Or does it only apply to characters still fielded at the end of your opponents main step?

    Text
Play only during your Main Step. Choose an energy type. All characters of that type must attack during their next Attack Step, and deal no combat damage. If these characters are unblocked, return them to the Field Zone instead of the Used Pile

Only those still active. Always check these things against the board state when they would trigger, don't restrict actions based on future triggers.

It would prevent the mega damage of Vulture though if you named that energy, putting your opponent off from pulling the combo next turn right?
Correct, it's a solid strategy for Stalling our Vulture with an action die. Especially if you drafted no Fist characters.
