Alright, after asking multiple people. Here is a list of places people have recommended to eat at.

Giordano's, Pizzeria Uno, and Portillo's. I plan on eating more than 3 times while in Chicago. More recommendations plox?

Ed debevic's. It's probably been 12 or 13 years since I was there, but worth looking it up if you can.

They seem to be temporarily closed and in the process of moving.

    They permanently closed.

Regarding pizza, deep dish go to Pequod's or Lou Malnati's. Thin crust go to Spacca Napoli for a beautiful margarita pizza.

What kind of food do you like? It would help with the recommendations.

I'm not picky. I mainly want to get a taste for local cuisine. If I'm going to be in Chicago I might as well eat real Chicago food as opposed to eating the same thing I'd eat while in Iowa.

Okay. Here's a list just off the top of my head.
    Del Seoul - Korean Tacos
    L'Patron - Burritos, Tacos, etc.
Aloha Eats - Hawaii style plate lunch
Honey Butter Chicken - Fried chicken with amazing honey butter
Dak - Korean fried chicken (A friend owns this place and it's just north of the Dojo)
    Xoco - Mexican
Little Bad Wolf - Awesome food, great cocktails
    Smoque BBQ - Barbecue..duh

There's a lot to eat lol

    No complaints about Lou's!
